These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Jonathan Maximilian Chicas ABN 66 536 761 876 trading as Chicas Automation ("Chicas Automation", "we", "us", "our"), including Workshop Hub and any other products we offer via chicasautomation.com.au.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Chicas Automation provides AI consultations, AI Opportunity Assessments, custom automation software and related services for small businesses across industries. These services can include recommendations and tools for communication, scheduling, follow-ups, data handling and operational workflows. Workshop Hub is our ready-made system designed specifically for mechanics and automotive workshops.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or contacting us. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The initial 15-minute AI consultation is free. The AI Opportunity Assessment is $700 unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you engage us to implement recommendations from the assessment, the $700 assessment fee will be credited towards that implementation project. Custom implementation, software and subscription pricing is provided by proposal and agreed before services commence. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

All content, software, and materials on chicasautomation.com.au and within our products are owned by or licensed to Chicas Automation. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at chicasautomation.com.au/privacy.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Chicas Automation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active customers of material changes by email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
